This class is designed for people who have minimal to zero dance background but want to feel sexy and powerful in a pair of heels. It is for dancers who are looking to ease their way into their heels journey by learning the proper language and technique when it comes to dancing in heels- all while in an uplifting, judgment-free space! Heels 101 starts with stretching and conditioning, then across-the-floor movements, and ends with a short piece of choreography.
